Excellent product
Bought this item as a result of positive feedback from other purchasers together with its very reasonable price. The tool arrived quickly and was soon put to work ( I was joining some skirting board to a different profile base board around some fitted units. I did not want to remove the baseboards from the units which made a jig saw impractical). This tool did everything I expected of it. It has a powerful motor and is very comfortable to handle and makes very accurate cuts even in my unskilled hands. The cuts are so fine that very little mess resulted. It had an adequately long power cord. I was very satisfied with the quickly completed job. The tool includes a basic set of blades which is generous enough for the price. Now I have confidence in the tool I will soon extend the blade collection from the many available.as I anticipate the tool being used in many future projects.Obviously at this time I cannot comment on the longevity of the tool but my cutting seemed effortless and was easily accomplished without any strain on the motor. Compared with the prices charged for similar tools this has to be an excellent buy which I would have no hesitation in fully recommending.

Very useful but..
I bought it to undercut door frames to lay a tiled floor. It is good, but very loud and struggles a bit, The best blade is the black one that does a good job, but is not good for detail, the sander is fine, but the other two blades are pretty poor and get blunt fast. Using this tool on full power you can get smoke coming out of the wood, alarming. Also if you dont place the blades exactly on the frame points they can rotate away when cutting and that is dangerous. I dont regret buying it but it is somethething to be used carefully and where you get new blades is a mystery

Surprisingly Good.
Arrived within 3 days of dispatch. Bought to do one job only and hoped it would last, it being so cheap. Well in the last couple of weeks it has done that job and many more. Replaced rotten beams in a porch without having to dismantle the whole thing. Worth the money just for that. Let the blade do the work and don't force it. Don't cover the airways and give it a rest to cool down after every fifteen minutes or so. Also bought at the same time a spare set of blades, not expecting the originals to last very long. Surprisingly, the originals lasted longer than I expected. Nobody mentions sharpening the blades. Very easy. Buy a triangular needle file, clamp the blade and have at it. Five minutes later a blade as good as new. No need to be scientific about it, because the blade moves so fast a perfect sharpen is unnecessary. There is no 'set' on the teeth so it does tend to slow down when cutting with the grain as opposed to cross cutting. It makes me cringe to think of thousands of these blades being thrown away because they have become blunt.

Poor product support
Multi tool ok but the sanding pad is poor. After an afternoon of detail sanding the pad had lost it's grip (Velcro worn smooth with oscillating effect of tool) and sanding sheets would not remain in place on pad. Tried new sanding sheets and just the same. Contacted seller asking if I could BUY a new pad and they were too quick to ask me to return the complete item for a refund. I think, therefore, they have been there before! Wouldn't buy as product support is poor/non existant.

Very pleased with this device and wished I had bought one years ago
Very pleased with this device and wished I had bought one years ago. The ability to cut outwards into surfaces such as laminate flooring or plasterboard is really quite brilliant. The included blades are perhaps a little soft, but they took a load of punishment before really wearing down and their inclusion I view as an appreciated added extra, I have no idea how the well expensive blades last, and in any case the savings of time inconvenience and effort make this point irrelevent and there are lots of blade sets available to choose fromi if you require greater longevity. The device is very sturdy and powerful and excellent value, i am very pleased indeed with it. I was going to buy a Bosch, but this is cheaper, more powerful and I was put off buy the amount of people reporting failed power switches and poor customer service with the Bosch.

Great tool good price
Not long had it but it has proved to be one of the most useful tools I have purchased. Almost in constant use at the moment for sanding scrapping and cutting through floorboards.Only downside is that the saw blades seem to wear out pretty quickly ,have found out that Bosch attachments are compatible.I have also had one or two instances where the blades have worked loose so you have to make sure they are really tight. Apart from that a great tool at a good price wish I'd bought one ages ago.

A must have for the garage!
Me and my partner have ventured into the world of diy and have been building a summer house in the garden. 6 months ago if I had asked my partner to cut sockets into the walls I’m not sure what she would have said..... but with gaining experience all the time and having access to fantastic little tools such as this multi tool myself and my partner will and have tackled everything. This thing will cut and sand wood and plastic with ease! It is quite loud and if using for long periods of time I would recommend ear protectors and the vibration I can only assume would not be any good for you for long periods. So make sure you take breaks and read the safty instructions. If and when this tool packs up I would definitely re purchase as I’ve already used it way beyond how much I thought it would last for the price. I hope this helps you.
