Plastic Putty 18 ml (0.6 fl.oz.) | White, Opaque, Consistent Finish

A excellent alternative to Tamiya putty, water base instead of solvent based.

Works great for filling in 3D printed layer lines and for gaps in model kits. Drys well, but not quickly.

Used this when putting together a 1:350 scale model of a Flower-class corvette. I love this stuff. Much better than the other putty I used before. This stuff flows better, is easier to wipe away the excess.

I use this putty for plastic model building and it is excellent. It is easy to work with and dries to a hard finish that can be sanded. While still wet, it can be shaped with a damp fingertip or cotton swab (Q-Tip). This putty also comes in a small plastic bottle similar to the Vallejo paints which I have used in the past. This time I bought the putty in the plastic tube thinking it might be easier to apply. After taking off the cap, I punctured the applicator tip and squeezed the tube as you would a tube of toothpaste. Instead of the putty coming out the tip, the bottom of the tube opened up, squirting putty all over me! The bottom of the tube is folded over to seal it, and the seal didn't hold. This may have just been a defective tube, but I would suggest using caution when you first use it. Don't squeeze it hard.

Works well on ceramics village houses

Does a great job on seams and bad gaps. Nice, smooth consistency and easy to shape into odd shape gaps. Gave a full 24 hours to dry and easily sanded smooth.

The tip allows for precise application. A lot less mess and easier clean up without excessive sanding needed.

first efforts with this putty is not encouraging. Left overnight, still not hard enough to sand. Not easy to use. I do like the small tip for exact placement. Going to try the wet cotton swab trick seen on a YT video, maybe that will help.
