We buy this filter regularly for our Klar water system and it really makes a difference. The water tastes much fresher and cleaner, and you can tell the quality is better compared to unfiltered tap water. Easy to replace and lasts a good amount of time. Definitely worth it if you want great-tasting water at home.

My impression of the Klar water filter jug and replacement filters is that it does what it's supposed to. It's always difficult to know for sure with these things if they do what they say because it's not like we have a lab at our disposal to test the water. But what I can say is the taste and clarity of the water is excellent. I have a good feeling about it and cannot taste any chlorine or metallicness. I was drawn to klar due to the fact it filters chlorine, fluoride and tries to eliminate hormones and pfas. I wanted something that could try and get rid of microplastics. The layered filter seems to do it's filtering well. We are never going to eliminate everything. I believe it adds magnesium into the filtered water, which is a huge benefit. You must follow instructions to soak the filter and rinse it several times, filling the jug twice and pouring out, before using. It takes a few times to get rid of the loose charcoal, though this doesn't cause any harm in small amounts (apparently). It's quick and big enough for a small family, you can refill pretty quickly. What I also like is that you don't need to keep it in the fridge, water stays fresh for about 12 hours. I get sensitive teeth sometimes so appreciate that. I feel this filter does a lot more than some other similar jugs. The filter lasts 2 month, but if you start to notice a change in taste, I would change it sooner. I'd say worth the money.

When new, the taste is clean and fresh and it clearly helps the water quality. However after 4-6 weeks the filter will start to smell so I change it every 4 weeks instead of every 8. My tap water is soft and I don't filter a large amount so this is a little disappointing

So far after 2 Filters these are working far better than the other types of Jug Water Filters I have had over the years. I would Recommend these and the Jug from manufacturer: Very Fast Throughput of Water - Clear - Tastes Great - 2 Months

I haven’t drank nasty tap water in over 20 years and in that time have tried quite a few water filter jugs and systems. I like to know that I’m drinking water as fresh and uncontaminated (parasites and fluoride anyone?) as I can and Klar is absolutely amazing. I’ve had friends and family who drink tap water do the ‘taste test’ and every single one has been impressed with the difference as well as finally converting a few to get a filter jug! Ah yes, the jug. Very easy to clean and store and looks pleasing to the eye. Also, this is the first jug I’ve used that I haven’t had leakage issues with so that’s a huge plus point in my book. I know there have been issues with getting hold of the refill cartridges lately and I too struggled, so I reached out to Klar customer services who were great. I love that the cartridges last for two months as well. If you want clean filtered and great tasting water then go for Klar.

Die Filter habe ich nun schon mehrfach bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Meine Karaffe ist von einer anderen Marke, die Filter passen aber perfekt. Tolles Produkt um sein Wasser reiner und basischer zu machen
