This knife has been wonderful. Sharp from the box, good balance, durable & feels good in the hand. I plan to buy another soon, wish they had a 6" model. I'd get that too. Highly recommended if you need to do lots of cutting. The blade is east to touch up, holds an edge well. Excellent value for the money!

This knife is one of the best ive used! The weight is great, the handle is very comfortable and it feels good in the hand. Extremely sharp out if the box and feels very durable. Highly recommend for the price😊

The product is amazing: Sharp and it feels nice in the hand.However, it took a while to receive it. We ordered it on July 1 and did not receive it until July 28.

Excellent knife,great size and weight.

I bought this knife to replace what was once a very expensive slicing knife made of high carbon steel. This new knife is on the order of magnitude sharper and easier to care for than the old knife plus the MUCH larger handle makes using it far easier. At this price point this is an outstanding buy and a perfect addition to my kitchen knives.

I purchased the knife in August and it was sharp. Now in early September it’s dull. I don’t recommend this item.
