Missing parts No help
Missing pieces asked for replacement parts after I had already installed it in my living room Offered to me to return the item it would cost me $200 to have it taken down because I have 20ft ceiling so there not very helpful

Crystal chandeliers
It’s good but hight is not what it’s said.46inch hight it’s shown on order but it was 35inch

Once the installation was completed the chandelier looks great.
Too many of the crystal links were the wrong length. Either they were detached during the shipment or just poor workmanship.
