Systemic Formulas: #115 - 16B - Stress Complex

I started using this B16 supplement 2 months ago and have noticed I am much calmer in situations that would normally cause me a good amount of stress. One person commented that the cost is too high. The serving size is two tablets! I've only been taking one per day so checked the daily values. The daily values of one tablet contain most all the major B vitamins, with the exception of Folic Acid. I find this product to be of great quality at a good price!

I love this supplement!!! Gives me all the vitamin B’s is one caplet. Along with all the benefits of vitamin B, one of the great benefits I’ve noticed especially this summer is I seem to be immune to mosquito bites and other flying bug bites as well. I had heard that a good B supplement would help but actually experiencing it has been amazing.

Thus product has a full offering of B vitamins and I feel it helps me, but at $30- month it's way up there when you have to take 8ther things. I feel systemic formulas could supply two months worth for this price! I do appreciate all their products though, but does good health need to be for the rich only?

After I start using the 16B - Stress Complex I begin to sleep well and begin feel like myself again.

This was my 6th or 7th time purchasing these. I was happy with the previous purchases. This one - not. There were 2 labels over the ingredient list making it unreadable. I peeled them off looking for the expiration date - not there. Nor is it any place else on the bottle. These are dark brown. The other ones were pale whitish. The smell is not nearly as strong in this bottle as in previous ones. Lastly - before, I couldn't take them 2 days in a row without getting that tell-tale "niacin flush." These don't affect me at all, taking every day. Calling Amazon customer service on this one!
