Great for people with lactose problems. I put it in my coffee and it’s nice and creamy.

Being lactose intolerant isn't easy. lol. It limits so many things, even with the help of lactase enzymes. THIS is SO convenient to add to coffee and to use for MANY things that just call for a little milk. It comes in a very convenient size and adds richness to many recipes without tummy upset. SOOO happy they make this!!

My daughter is lactose intolerant and I use this cream as an alternative to traditional cream. I liked it, but it is not very creamy and slightly sweet.

I LOVE this product! Thumbs up to the Nestle/Carnation company! I love the flavor, that it is lactose -free AND my favorite thing is the packaging! So convenient to use. A container with a cap makes so much more sense than a crappy metal can that you have to punch holes into and then store in another container after opening! I use mine mainly for coffee creamer...and here is something you can try...Make FLAVORED COFFEE CREAMER withOUT all of the chemicals! I buy wonderful maple-flavored coffee beans. I grind them and when I make a cup of coffee, I use this product for my creamer. One day I added a few drops of maple extract, and a tiny bit of Stevia to this evaporated milk, then shook it! Oh-my-gosh! It became wonderful thick, creamy, maple-flavored coffee creamer with no sugar or chemical additives! I LOVE it!

I have a family member who is lactose intolerant but who loves my pumpkin pie. I was thrilled to be able to order it here ,although it will be awhile before I can use it all up! Thank goodness the aceptic packaging will keep it fresh and shelf stable for some months to come.
