This thing leaks really bad. 5 gallons in 8 hours
I wish there is a 0 star or negative star. This thing leaks really bad. 5 gallons in 8 hours. It caused very bad water damage. The so called 10 year warranty is a joke. They said it contacts some chemical and the warranty is voided. you should avoid this product at all cost. It uses plastic parts that won't last. If you already has it, put a water alert thing near it, so that it won't cost you tens of thousands or even more to repair your home.

plastic is junk
After owning this product for quite a few months i finally installed it. Had most of my lines ready to go, then find out one of the supply line plastic threads are damaged enough so it cross threads making the whole thing usless. Never would have caught this problem by just pulling it out of the box. Will have to try some kind of glue fittng, hate to take the whole thing apart. looks like a good idea, just to cheezzy.
