Definitely worth trying for vericrose veins!
I turned 60 recently, and have some vericrose veins that started during my pregnancies and have gotten worse over the years. I wanted to try the compression leggings before I seek medical treatment. I only have 1 bad one and a couple other spots. These leggings are so comfortable! It seems like they wake up my legs so they feel more energized (if that makes sense) That being said, putting them on isn't for the faint at heart lol! After the first time, they did go on a little easier, but because the bottom is the tightest, coming off over my feet is interesting. I needed my husband's help getting them off. Lol! But definitely worth it if it helps my veins from getting worse. I sit at a desk part of the day, and I noticed my feet weren't swelling at all (they usually get a little puffy when I sit for too long) So that's a win! I bought black, blue and beige. I love the black and blue, not sure about the beige, I'll have to find just the right long top. Tops have to be a little longer than usual, because they are lighter and a little see-through starting in the very upper thigh close to underwear. I hope this helps if you're thinking about purchasing!

Leg Day, Every Day: Compression Pantyhose That Actually Deliver!
Okay, lemme just say—these footless compression pantyhose are a game-changer (oops, I know we hate that word, but they really are that good). First off, that 20-30 mmHg compression? Legit. It’s like giving your legs a supportive hug all day long—perfect for anyone dealing with varicose veins or post-surgery recovery. I wore them for hours, and my legs felt way fresher than usual. No weird pinching or rolling down at the waist, either, thanks to that high-waist design. Bless. 🙌 Sizing: The size chart is actually useful (IYKYK, not all brands get this right). I got the 4X, and it fit like a glove—in a "Thank you for actually considering my body type" kind of way. If you're worried about it being too tight, don't be. It’s snug but comfy, just how compression should be. Material check: 75% nylon + 25% spandex = stretchy magic. These bad boys feel durable AF. I’ve washed them a couple of times, and no signs of wear. The compression stays just as strong—so no saggy leggings situation. BONUS: I love that they come in tons of sizes (all the way up to 5XL) and colors. The beige gives me that seamless vibe under clothes. Plus, the footless style? Chef's kiss. Perfect for pairing with sandals, sneakers, or rocking them barefoot at home. Bottom line: If you’re on the fence, grab ‘em. Your legs will thank you. 🙏

Made in USA - Large (Black)
Edit - to add 3 photos (self taken, so not the best angles): Photo 1 - I am wearing Under Armour full length leggings (insulated running) - Women's XL - for comparison. - Compression Stockings on hanger - Adult L - these are "stretched" because I had them on for 3 hours. Photo 2 - I just put Compression Stockings back on - UA leggings on hanger. Photo 3 - Compression Stockings slid down at least 4" after 10 minutes of wear - UA leggings on hanger. Maybe I received a Child's Large and not an Adult Large? Or maybe I should be wearing an XL (they were not available)? The quality is excellent and I wanted to love these, but I think the sizes run small. The leg measurements are very important, but so is the inseam. I would still recommend. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Female, 5'8", 170 lbs, 34" waist, 30" inseam Leg measurements: ankle 9-1/2", calf 15", lower thigh 19", upper thigh 23". My measurements cover multiple sizes. I ordered a Large (black). I wanted XL, but they were not available in black. The leggings seem well made, thick material, strong seams, perfect compression, excellent value for the price. Best of all: Made in the USA! No problems here - 5 stars. I gave four (4) stars because the inseam is only "one size", and a Large is too short for my 30" inseam. I stretch the material as much as I can, but then the ankle opening goes too high above the ankle. The leggings will stay at my waist for a few minutes, but then they slide down with each step I take. The crotch of the leggings will slide down approximately 4", and it is very uncomfortable. I am constantly pulling the leggings up. The only options I had to order was S, M, L, XL, etc. The compression of the Large fits my legs perfectly, and I am happy I ordered the Large. However, I wish they made Short Large, Regular Large, Tall Large, etc. If the inseam was longer, then these would be perfect! Since the sizes are based on the measurements of the legs, I am afraid if I ordered the XL, then inseam may be longer, but then the compression would be less - this would defeat the purpose of the compression. I'm sure others with a shorter inseam will have the opposite issue with the leggings being too long. Overall, these are worth the value. I am only wearing these for two weeks after sclerotherapy for treatment of numerous spider and minor varicose veins, so I will deal with pulling these up every few minutes. If I had to wear these long term, then these are too short for me and I would look for leggings with a longer inseam.

Leggings are fine, experience less so
The leggings looked like capris but did stretch to full length when on. They are sheer and thick at the same time, so I won’t wear them as leggings, but can’t really wear them with dresses either. They do seem supportive, so maybe under light weight trousers… Also as a note: mine arrived in a freezer bag and had hair/fur on them. Looks like maybe an undisclosed return? The return would be more trouble than it’s worth and they don’t seem damaged, so into the washer they go.

Was unsure at first, but I'm happy with these. Will buy again.
259/ 5ft 4 inches . Size purchased 4x and later a 5x. I ordered a 4x originally, and I thought they were unbearably tight. I then ordered a 5x, they were tight enough, but I ended up accidentally figuring out that when I left the legs 3 or 4 inches down my foot, that the thigh area fit the right way. So, I re tried this with the 4x, and they are fitting perfect now. I wash them in cool water and dry on low or extra low, or hang dry. I assume they fit this way for me because their designed for taller people maybe? Hope this helps someone that's having a tough time getting them to work.

Para el costo es buen producto aunque me gustaría más un poco de mejor calidad en los materiales, aunque a la vez eso hace que no se rompan tan fácilmente

Have bought this item as it was advertised as a 20-30 mmhg compression. That is not the case The size is the right for me but it feels like normal tights. Especially on thighs and belly is loose. I have followed their size chart for the purchase which suits me fine but don’t feel the compression. Hence the scoring.

Quality is superbbb. I only wish it was a bit more high-waisted.

Comfortable but wearing it is a little struggle. Should have got one size bigger. I hurt my right leg in a bicycle accident. The recovery was disappointing. Hopefully it helps after wearing them.

The use of pantyhose without covering the feet was not comfortable. I felt that my foot veins were pressured
