I have purchased previously and know it works well in my hot tub. Many suppliers sell this product, but this was the best price.

Seems to work as promised. Would probably give five stars but have only used it once.

I like this shock because it doesn't have chlorine in it so, it is safe for your swimsuits, and it doesn't bother your hair. I have a salt pool.

We are 1st time hot tub owners, so trying to figure our the right mix for clear water was getting frustrating! We just ended up emptying it and refilling it only to notice it started to get cloudy again! I stumbled onto this product and started reading the reviews and figured why not give it a try. I was a bit confused on how much to use, we have a 5-6 person hot tub and it did not say how many gallons of water it holds, so I guesstimated. I put 1/4 cup of this product in and let the jets run, covered the tub and just hoped for the best, 12 hours later....THE WATER WAS CLEAR! I was so pumped! So basically each bag will last us 5 weeks, cause one bag holds 1 1/4 cups. So this box will last us forever! It's such a better deal than buying stuff from the spa store that doesn't work! I will continue to buy this for sure! BTW, out hot tub has an ozonator and we use a floater with bromine.

In terms of the product it’s great. Does exactly what it should. I did however dock one star for two reasons.First off it’s sold as Chlorine-Free, this one is mostly on me for my poor reading of free chlorine, but keep in mind there is no chlorine in this product. It just feels a weird way to sell/advertise, especially when it’s one of the top results when searching for chlorine shock.The second problem is that this product will stain any fabric it gets near. I spilled some powder down my shorts and despite cleaning them right away they were ruined. Another time I rinsed my hands after application and must have had some residue as my drying cloth got stained. Just be careful with application.

Have used this product for years. Either through Amazon or direct from company. This product keeps us safe in the pool. In the Swim has excellent customer service, if you need them.
