These are very long and sturdy skewers. We wanted to flat ones for meat and they worked perfectly for grilling. The handle is well attached and easy to hold. Since they are long, it holds a lot of meat. Easy to clean with the flat surface. Not too heavy.

Very good product. The packaging is great, makes it easy to store. The skewers are easy to use, easy to clean. We made very good shish kebab. Because they are flat, the meat doesn’t rotate when you turn the skewers when cooking - makes meat evenly cooked and look very presentable. Handles are comfortable. Highly recommend.

I love grilling, and I love kebabs. American kebab skewers are really the worst though. One, they are so short you are guaranteed to burn your fingers trying to move them. Second, they are round and it is nearly impossible to rotate your kebab. I needed a real skewer, like the ones I had seen in Turkey last time I visited. These are real skewers. In fact, they are the manliest man man skewers in the market! They are, simply put, huge! They are too long for my Weber grill, and they are way too thick for anything other than big chunks of meat and ground meat style kebabs. I have destroyed many a poor vegetable trying to skewer them on these things. Mushrooms, break right in two! Green peppers snap in half just out of fear of being impaled on these skewers. Onions, well, obviously they just cry :( Good thing real men only eat meat! I miss my vegetables though... In terms of quality, the handles are a little wobbly, and I will not be surprised when I use them for medieval battle that the handle will break off. They are pretty easy to clean. I have no drawer in my kitchen though big enough to handle these Viking swords. If I had a fireplace, I would likely mount them over the hearth. I would absolutely buy these again as they are hilariously gigantic. I can't say they are as useful as I wanted them to be.

Update: I have enjoyed these skewers so much that I just got my second set. These replace every skewer i have in my collection (and I have many!). Updating to 5 stars, and as with any skewers, take care while handling. Good product because skewers are long and wide as expected, first grill was good. CAUTION: the edges of the metal are sharp, and there is a possibility to cut yourself while sliding on the meat (I did). Be careful and dont slice yourself. I am taking off stars for this reason alone because I think they could have dulled the edges of the flats, otherwise it would be 5 stars

hese skewers are excellent quality – sturdy, well made, and easy to handle. The flat design keeps food from spinning, and the wooden handles make them comfortable to use. Honestly, I wish this company made more grilling tools because I’d buy everything they make. Highly recommend if you want durable skewers for serious grilling.

Excellent product

The product itself is fine but they came in this hideous camo carrying case that was nowhere in the pictures. I bought these to make Persian Koobideh, not join ICE. It’s giving republican & I’m not here for it. Would not have purchased had I known about the camo carrying case.

I am a former kebab cook. It is very hard to get a skewer better than this one. Considering the price, I am feeling very lucky to find them on Amazon. Decent product! Not too strong, not too hard to bend, but chrome skewers are usually easy to bend anyways. The wider version is better for Kebab / Koobideh but this one works as well. I also ordered the 1 inch version, I will use this one for the kids. It can easily take 150 Grams of meat. Considering everything this skewer can cook, it is overall the best option on Amazon at the moment!

Very happy with these. The quality is first class, love the length and width and the storage bag is a nice touch.

I wanted to get something that I could use on my bbq to create Brazilian style Churrasco meats. It’s the perfect length to use on my BBQ when I remove the grates. Used a few times.

Amazing quality, 2mm thick staneless steel, wide to keep everything you set on it locked in place, even lula kebab (which i tricky to cook on charcoal BBQ)
