Arrived opened (no plastic seal) with all but 7 mints consumed.

Item did NOT come as 8 count and was opened and mostly consumed.
I ordered this set of Ice Breakers Sugar Free Mints, Spearmint, 8 Count for an order I already had. When I received the item and opened the box, there was only one package of mints AND they had no security wrapper on them and they had been opened and mostly eaten. Needless to say they will be going in the trash. Very annoyed as I specifically could only order this on an order over $25. Where is the Quality Control?
