The Email prompted me to retry the batteries, this time in the proper charger, and low and behold, they worked! They resemble another product. But once I put them where they belonged, bingo, everything as advertised, and better. Thank you for the reminder, saved me some money and much acrimony. Thank you Bonacell, (cool name) for more years with my Rockwell tools

I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a battery for my 14 year old Rockwell tool, but this company had them, it arrived fast and worked fine.

My first order of these batteries took a charge, but the plastic casing broke the first time I used them! Customer Service was excellent and they replaced the batteries. The replacement batteries also took a charge and performed good, except the battery casing! The outer shell kept falling off. Since the batteries seemed to work good otherwise, I used some Super Glue to keep the casing in place! If not for the casing, these would have a 5 star review!

have only started to use these battery's they both charged well will update after running them down and recharging several times.

These batteries would not hold a charge at all. They were charged for hours several times even though the charger said they were fully charged. What a waste of money. Sure hope they will give my money back..

Bought the double pack. One charging while use of the other. Got 2 minutes into work then it died. Went to the other one that was charged and it did the same thing. Put them in the charger 5 minutes later it showed charged. Went out and bought a new Rockwell Oscillator and the batteries did the same thing as the other one did. I WOULD NOT RECOMED THESE BATTRIES for replacements !!!!

I love how long they last versus the original ones

I bought the 2 pack to help me finish a project over the weekend since I only had 2 original batteries. They were great at first, but one stopped working after 3 cycles. It says it's fully charged when you put it on the charger, but it dies immediately when my Rockwell Sonicrater is turned on. The other battery lasts the exact same amout of time as my original batteries that are a few years old even though they are 2000mAh compared to the original batteries 1300mAh. Now, after 6 cycles, the second battery shows too hot on the charger, then charging, then too hot, then charging constantly when I try to charge it so I'm pretty sure that one will be dead soon as well. Now it's another weekend to finish this project because the batteries were basically junk. Not good at all and I do not recommend you buy these things.
