Good product, it works very well in cleaning. It is having multiple suction modes for operation as well as multiple mopping mode.

Initial feedback: CONS - Product received without manual. Amazon invoice was without mobile number. Hence it took an email to register the device with Eureka Forbes. A mobile APP Smart Life Smart Living has to be installed to manage the robot. Ideally this feature should have been integrated with the Eureka Forbes APP. PROS- The device mapped the house pretty well. The LIDAR setup worked well. The demo conducted online on Google Meet was good and helpful. Tried many features on the APP, the robot functioned as expected. The APP is pretty intuitive. The cleaning was good enough. Content so far.

Good quality robot vacuum cleaner ,good suction power mostly carried out the task on standard more , very rarely required full suction capacity. Battery life is good but needs improvement. Accuracy of cleaning very good. Intelligent robot but sometime it's found difficulty in searching there homestation for charging. I bought this **Eureka Forbes robotic cleaner** about 3–4 days ago and have been using it since day one. After a few cleaning cycles, I feel this product is a **waste of money if you are buying it mainly for mopping**. If you are planning to use it **only for vacuum cleaning**, then it is acceptable and you can consider buying it. But **for mopping, I strongly do not recommend this product**. The biggest problem is the **mopping system**. The mopping cloth becomes dirty very quickly, but the robot continues to mop the entire house using the same dirty cloth for the whole cleaning cycle. Because of this, instead of cleaning the floor, it **spreads dirty water and leaves water marks and dirt streaks across the entire house**. Another major issue is the **dual mode (vacuum + mop together)**. This feature is poorly designed. The robot does not seem to have proper intelligence to understand where it should vacuum and where it should mop. In many places it starts **mopping on already wet areas**, and sometimes it **does vacuuming after mopping**, which spreads dust and makes the floor worse. The dual-mode cleaning is honestly a mess. My apartment is around **1500 sq ft**, and because of the poor mopping results I had to run the cleaning cycle multiple times. After each room I had to manually remove the mop cloth, wash it, and attach it again. This defeats the whole purpose of having a robotic cleaner. The **only positive thing I found is the battery**. It is quite good. The robot can clean my entire apartment **twice without needing a recharge**, which is impressive. However, after using the robot, I switched on my **Dyson V12 Detect Slim** vacuum (which has a laser light that clearly shows dust). It immediately showed that the floors still had **dust, dried water marks, and dirt stuck to the surface**, even after the robot finished cleaning. So my final advice: If you want a **robot only for vacuuming**, this product is okay. But **if you expect proper mopping along with vacuuming, do not buy this product**, as it lacks the intelligence needed to handle both tasks properly.

Intelligent mapping, good cleaning. Keep the floor absolutely dust free, clears even minute dust particles. Easy to handle and operate.

Nice product but local dealers are not giveing proper response as I purchased it online. Demo not given phycally. So it is difficult to use it by senior citizens.

Automatic and efficient. It goes to corners, nook and crannies, under the sofa/bed. Deep cleaning is really good. Used a quarter of a glass of water to mop the whole floor (1500 sqft.) and twice! Works even when the wifi signal is weak. When it is cleaning it seems so cute and friendly. I turn it on whenever my maid (queen of sudden leaves and skipping work) is around—just to show her we’ve got a backup and her job isn’t untouchable. Although it still isn't complete replacement of your maid, it is not too far! It is a godsend for 1/2/3BHK apartments if you give it a chance. I believe a more advance version of this machine and a dishwasher you can say good bye to your maid and her tantrums forever. The demonstration was very detailed and informative. Event though I am still exploring it's features, I found the Spot cleaning is not very accurate though. Many spots are left untouched. You need to keep the floor free from bigger objects like marble and small toys otherwise the parts get stuck into the wheels. Don't expect it to make deep oily spots disappear. I felt that the height of the machine including the sensor on the top is about an inch on the higher side. While it was mapping the area it pushed itself inside my bed but got stuck and also scratched its's surface. If it can be made slimmer than it will be able to go inside the standard beds easily. However this shows it is a very powerful machine. While the hardware is great the Smart life Mobile app is crappy to say the least. It often stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall the Smart Life app to make it work again. Creating multiple maps is still a mystery to me. Operating the machine through the app is not easy for those who aren't tech-savvy. Overall I would say go for it.

The virtual demo has not been provided yet, it's been more than a month i have purchased the item. The product works pretty good. Dusting is good. Mopping is average it leaves water stains behind even if it is set for low. Connectivity is poor, every time it needs pairing(even after always it is connected to same network),few options don't work as mentioned. Rescheduling doesn't work.
