Plate holes are not matching the Diverter shafts.
On opening the package- # check all accessories & fittings are available. # check if necessary tools are available. # Assemble all accessories loosely to confirm compatibility. # ignore any stains in the underside of faceplate as it is natural in plating processs.

Received a genuine product of Alton
This is a genuine product from Alton. Shipment received in time and in good condition. All the parts are available in the boxes. I have not yet fixed the Shower head, because of pending work in bathroom. So once I have fixed and used this product, I will give you a review from my experience.

Supplier do not Honour Warranty and poor quality product
I have purchased High flow diverter on 26/10/25 but was able to install only on 10/12/25. At the time installation only it was noticed there was leakage from the diverter as shown in the video. I reported the matter to the supplier, they in turn asked me send videos ,photos etc. in piece meal and getting into protracted correspondence . Cartridge was also replaced but still there was leakage. They are trying to find fault with installation instead addressing the leakage issue. In all fairness they should have replaced the product or sent their authorised representative to rectify the defect, but they keen to defer the matter as long as possible. Prima facie it is manufacturing defect. In view of urgency I was forced to buy another brand diverter which is functioning satisfactorily. Therefore I advise all the Customers to buy known brand instead buying unknown brand and wasting Money. It is more than two weeks, solution to the problem is not in sight.
