Great for energy, combined with vit C. brings up blood sugar quickly. Buy these regularly. Great to use during sport too. Lots of flavours, there is also immune fit ones, check before you buy. The cola ones are great! Easy to dissolve in the mouth, it says don't chew, but it's hard not too. They still work if chewed. Cheap aswell, buy in bulk will save you money, along with subscribe and save.

These are good, most of my family struggle with low sugar levels and it is a comfort to know that if anyone feels a little bit faint and they need something to eat but can’t get anything, they can take on of these at school! Good value for money, easy to use as well, they aren’t disgusting and don’t evaporate in your mouth.
