Besha Collagen is the best collagen I’ve taken so far. I usually mix the powder into coffee or water. It dissolves easily and has no smell, taste, or aftertaste, which is great because all the other collagens I’ve tried did. I’ve been taking Besha Collagen for about six months, and my skin feels much smoother and more toned. My nails and hair are also stronger. I work out every day, and before taking the collagen, I used to feel some joint pain, which I no longer experience. It’s great!

I've never tried to stir it into a cold beverage, but other reviewers have stated that it also dissolves well in cold liquids. This is the only collagen supplement i've used consistently. 1 Tablespoon to water, coffee or tea everyday and/or prior to a workout (studies suggest 10-20g increased performance/recovery and improved bone health if taking before strength training- even Type 1 verisol vs fortigel for joints). After 4 weeks I noticed my nails were growing faster and had fewer imperfections near the cuticle. At 8 weeks my skin feels less dry. Hoping for bone benefits overtime. Still early, but with no side effects or flavor and no clumping at all, I will continue with this brand.

This works very well after about 1 months I began noticing difference in skin around my eyes. I already take very good care of my skin being a beauty consultant & had been using other brands but I needed a new more affordable collagen... I do not like how the price went up within a month of my subscribing but this option still beats buying directly from the company price wise. It is NOT 2 months worth of product either. Is more 1.5 months & I am very precise in my measurements. Take that into consideration if youre subscribing because youll run out of you subscribe q2 months. I also take this with astraxanthin & I think this helped boost it even more. Overall good product & better priced than other brands. Another brand I loved that has Verisol & astraxanthin was $138 a month! Couldn't afford that & decided to concoct my own version! This works pretty well. Especially the price. I took a long time looking for a collagen product to try, and based on other reviews gave BESHA a try. I love it. It mixes well, doesn’t bother my stomach, has no discernible taste, and I started noticing improvements very quickly. The biggest change so far has been a genuine surprise, greatly reduced joint pain. I got it for my skin health, but wow. My knees don’t sound like the break in a pool game anymore. I can squat and stand back up again without getting stuck, my back pain is almost nonexistent. And yeah, my skin is already firmer like it was in my twenties and I’ve been using it less than two months. I got the full 30 servings from the first jar using an actual measuring spoon. Well worth the wait to find, this is an amazing product.
