Love MacBook charger was bad but bought new one by Apple

We bought 2 for our high school aged kids. They are easy to use and set up. Easily linked from their iPhones using their Apple ID. We did have an issue where one of the touch pads was not responsive, but using an external mouse seemed to solve that problem. All together an easy purchase, no major problems or issues.

The screen was too bright and I had to go through unnecessary steps and remediation to get it to some semblance of normalcy. The power cord looked great, worked for a few weeks only. no response when asking about that even with what I thought was a year warranty. I have an old power cord I taped together that does work - but really! this computer is slow too. Wish I had just gotten a new one.

I am always a bit wary of buying a used computer. This is my first time buying through Amazon refurbished. The laptop arrived quickly and I was impressed by the contents in that they were true to advertise and so far the laptop works just fine. I was disappointed in the products casing though. It was very scratched up and even had a few strange patches of what felt like bubbling or rusted material. It worries me that if the laptops skin is that scratched up that there may have been quite a bit of physical abuse to the product originally. It’s too early to see how that will affect my use, but with this said I think it should’ve been priced a little bit lower. If nothing else for peace of mind.

All right pick up this MacBook Air because I needed software that was a little bit more up to date than the HP I was using prior to for my djing. And links up perfectly with my DDJ sr2 it's very smooth it's very fast and I primarily use it just for work. The graphics are gray and the panel on top of the keyboard makes accessibility very easy with just a touch.

I received this product at the end of June and already my charger is defected. Can someone contact me to replace the charger or inform me if there were any prior issues before my purchase?

Have wanted to switch from a Windows PC to a MacBook for several years, but cost of new Macs are so high I just couldn’t pull the trigger. But this slightly used (nearly brand new condition) MacBook Pro was very much worth every penny at this price. Everything is working perfectly with it and the screen is crystal clear. I am very pleased with this and would definitely purchase another should the need arise.

Oh my computers, I’d like to use external Soundsystem for DJ, seven months later I went to use my laptop and found that the speakers were busted, it was too late to send it Back. So I’m having to deal with it.
