These bars are auesome. They taste great and satisfy my hunger. Not chalky or hard to bite. They provide me just what I need. I only wish they had small sample sizes to try before I buy a different flavor. My favorite is the chocolate chip and the lemon, but not sure if I want to buy the mint or other flavors until I try them first.

I have tried multiple Keto bars and I find that the "Love Good Fats" bars have the best composition (low sugar and high fibre!) and also keep my hunger away. Best flavor for me is Peanut butter and the Almond one but I also like the chocolate coconut if I need more of a sweet/desert taste.

I can understand that the bars might be melty if it was hot outside or in the warehouse, but the coating still sticks to the wrapper even after being at room temperature for days. What I can't understand is how so many of the bars are crumbling apart as if they've been crushed when the box looked perfectly intact. I like the taste and that they are not super sweet, but they are an absolute mess to eat like this. They are not like this when I get them from a grocery store.

These are probably the best tasting no sugar Keto bars that I have had. The Cookie dough are a teensy bit drier and less sweet than the Lemon, but are still a tasty snack when I need a little something to continue my energy level. The Lemon are by far my favorite! Tangy and sweet, and just the right texture for my tastebuds. Thank you Good Fat Co.! These are truly ridiculously delicious!

The new and improved flavor is disgusting. I'm not sure why these are allowed to be sold under the old listing. The product is completely different and even has a different amount of calories. This should be a separate product listing. The original flavor was great and has good reviews. People reading the reviews of the original flavor will be tricked into buying the new bars, which are downright nasty. I'm going to miss these l the original bars. There were really important to me. I eat a keto diet to keep my autoimmune issues at bay, and losing my #1 snack hurts. You grow to depend and count on a company's product, and then they just shut the door in your face without warning. I would have stocked up had I known such a critical part of my diet would be discontinued.

These are by far my favorite bars and I’ve tried so many. Love the flavor and texture, especially the mint chocolate! They are a little pricey but no more than others that have clean ingredients. You get what you pay for! Highly recommend Good Fats!

These bars where shipped with extreme care. I want to really like them, but no matter cold, in shakes, or room temp, I can't get over the chalky taste.

I purchased the chocolate-chip cookie dough flavor on the strength of the reviews. The texture put me off; it's light, dry and crumbly, and it's the crumbliness that I dislike. When I eat them, I end up with crumbs everywhere, so the mess means that they're not really great for me as an on-the-go, discreet snack. No way I'd eat these in the car; I have to be prepared to eat over a plate and clean up afterwards, which defeats the purpose of trying to use them as a grab-and-go snack. The box shipped from Canada, and I wonder if this is the expected texture for these bars or if they went through some temperature extreme they weren't meant to endure that affected the texture. As far as the taste goes, I'd subjectively characterize it as adequate enough to keep the box and finish them, but not great or something I'm eager to have more of. Maybe they'll be more substantial and less crumbly when chilled in the fridge or frozen, so I'll try that with the remainder of the box. Giving 2 extra stars since these bars contain healthy fats and aren't the usual high-sugar, insulin-spiking packaged snack, which is very important to me. Despite that, I'm still looking for my ideal snack bar.

I’m a fan of the Good Fat bars (coconut chocolate chip ones). I tried the Cookie Dough ones and had to gag them down. The texture is completely different from the chocolate almond or coconut chocolate chip or chocolate mint ones. Too expensive to throw out so I endured it but did not enjoy that flavour at all. I’m eating them on a low carb diet (not Keto).

The filling texture has changed so it reminds me of the texture of old fashioned marshmallow filled chocolate bars. It sticks less to the roof of the mouth - thank you! The flavor is more chocolaty - but still not perfect. Still, it’s the best keto bar on the market - although I would still hesitate to describe it as ridiculously delicious.

Good snack with good ingredients, worth the extra you pay for good ingredients compared to junk snacks or "keto" snacks that raise your blood sugar levels and kick you out of ketosis anyways, even if you stay below carb threshold. The company should probably put on the listing and the label that the product is best consumed if it's kept in the freezer. The texture can be very... dusty... if you eat it at room temperature but it's much better if you keep it in the freezer before consuming.

A great snack for those wanting to quell their cravings, without all the added sugars of a traditional chocolate bar. I've tried add enjoyed the Chocolate Peanut Butter, Almond, Mint Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter and Jam, and Cookie Dough flavours. I find they're more enjoyable cold (fridge or freezer), and have a better consistency. The new plant based bars are tasty, but they give me rancid flatulence (avoid your friends and family after consumption).
