Peachy and delicious!
Wow. This is redolent of peaches...ripe, juicy peaches. It's a smooth vinegar with a lovely flavor. This will be great in dressings, of course (I already have plans for a kale salad with roasted purple hull peas and fresh peaches...yum!), but this will also be excellent drizzled over ice cream. If you love balsamic vinegar and fresh peaches, you need this product. It's outstanding.

The BEST
I have tried quite a few fruit flavored vinegars and this brand and flavor is by far my favorite! It is perfect for making a vinaigrette, or topping veggies or salads. I put it on steamed swiss chard and it's soooo good. Definitely a plus for plant based eaters too, or those avoiding oil as the flavor is so good!

Love it!
Once I tried the peach white balsamic vinegar I knew I'd never enjoy regular balsamic the same way again. The flavor is mild and pleasant and it has less sugar than regular balsamic. I enjoy salads, so a bit of peach balsamic with olive oil and I could eat salad everyday. The only drawback is the price, but I think it is well worth it.

Tasty but a little too sweet.
I like the flavor of this alone but when I mixed it in a home recipe salad dressing it was too sweet and not great tasting. Ok as stand alone vinegar but too sweet for my taste. Not for diabetics.

I have been using this balsamic vinve r for while and I love it.It dosen't have a strong flavor.Just great in almost everything.
