KitchenAid Artisan 5KCF0103BOB/1 Cook Processor, Onyx Black

This machine is fabulous I love it and is well built. Big enough for a big family or guests.

This is a good cook processor but after almost one year it just stopped working, I plug it in and nothing happens. It has a 3 year warranty. And that whwn things went worse. Contacted Kitchen Aid number, took 40 mins for someone to answert the phone, took my details ... and said I will be contacted by Whirpool which I did, arranged for the machine to be collected for repair. Find out they cannot fix it, offer a replacement one but to be delivered in December. I said i will not wait 6 months so wanted a refund. they dont want to refund and pressure me to get another product for the same price. In the end I agreed that was more than 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from Kitchen Aid since. Really dissapointed with the qualitiy and with the after sales service.

The product is great do what is says on the box , only draw back once the product is out of warranty Kithen aid , do no offer a paid repair service , they will only offer a discount 30% off a new one .
