I regret buying these
Light is very small for gripping the rod properly, Poor quality strands started to come out after 4- 5 back days, you can not return them only exchange, ending has very uncomfortable finishing. Now I have 2 sets of these which I can not even use them , regret buying these

Good Strap for weightlifting
This weightlifting strap is extremely comfortable, affordable, easy to use and extremely effective. The rubber grip on its inside is not a mere gimmic, it helps to prevent the dumbell or barbell from slipping from the hand. This strap has take my back workouts to the next level

Go for other brand..
The grip is good but the product is not up to the mark... When we wrap the strap and hold the bar the strap start to pinching in the hand.. go for some other brand .
