Quality tells
You know the old saying: "you get what you pay for"? That is certainly the case in my view with the Joby products. I've tried the "look-a-like" versions and I have found them to be lacking in comparison. The iPhone grip is top-notch and I have no problems using both my iPhone XS Max and iPhone 6s in it - either in their cases or not. The tripod is strong and I also use it with my Canon 700D DSLR (with the kit lens - so not too much weight up front). The cold shoe on top of the clamp is useful for external microphones too (I use the Rode VideoMic Pro). A great, flexible setup for iPhone videographers and vloggers. Highly recommended.

Perfect for on the go!
I’m a content creator and used this with my IPhone 14 pro max rather than taking my mirrorless on holiday. Worked excellent, very sturdy and adaptable.

Great little tripod

Great iPhone tripod
Very handy tripod for the iPhone. Especially with night mode as a feature on iOS now. A bit over priced when not on offer, but I got it on Black Friday so was pleased with the price. Great for travelling with hand luggage only, doesn’t weigh much at all.

Great idea, great smartphone holder, bad durability
I have been wanting to buy this for quite some time as it seems to be a very versatile smartphone tripod. I was very impressed in the beginning with its features however I was let down in the end by the poor choice of materials used as the ball became too lose and can no longer use it as intended after less that 5 months. The smartphone holder is great but for the price I would buy something else.

Best tripod for all kinds of gadgets.
The best tripod ever! Suitable for all gears to used for. Its flexibility is fantastic. It can be mounted almost on any surface. Using the tripod on vertical and horizontal positions is amazing.
