Great for post-injury recovery
Helped my son recover from a partial UCL tear. This was his “return to practice” brace as it is soft enough to play football with without risking injury to himself or other players unlike the metal jointed brace he wore for 4 weeks after his injury. His elbow felt supported and protected without being bulky and restricting. Highly recommend for ongoing protection after injury.

Works well
I ruptured my distal bicep tendon and had it reattached. I am a paramedic so pick up heavy weight every shift. After therapy and getting back on the unit I was still noticing some weakness and pain. I ordered this and began wearing it during my shift and it works great to stabilize the area.

Bulky but works as it should
I am a martial arts instructor and get banged up often. I needed a heavier duty solution for an elbow injury. This was pretty bulky, but it definitely worked. Great support quality material. Helped me tremendously through my healing process. I'd say it runs true to size. My body type is thin so it was a little bit loose.

This brace worked when others didn’t
I have a severe elbow issue (more than just tennis elbow, possible UCL tear). I tried other braces but they just didn’t provide the support needed. The pain has kept me from playing tennis or golf. This works where others have failed. On the tennis court, this brace successfully prevents my elbow from hyperextending on backhands, forehands and serves. I am once again able to play tennis. It did alter a few things. With a slightly bent arm, my forehand was going low and left. I had to adjust high and right. On the backhand however, the extra support helps significantly. This also helped me with golf, where I was feeling pain at the bottom of the swing. This brace helped that. I once again had to make a few adjustments, wearing my grip a little because I was pulling the ball. I am thrilled that I can once again play tennis and golf. Sizing is an issue for me as I have short arms and a big forearm. I went with medium, which is a little tight, but a large would be too long. A little tight is better than to long. I like the metal support bars. They are what prevent the hyperextension. As I heal, I may try taking them out. TBD

It’s made really well just not for short arms.
Great brace but doesn’t stay where it needs too also it was not made for short arms.

Perfect for over-extension injury
i kept re-injuring my elbow if I simply straightened it further than 30 degrees bent, and this worked great to gradually increase range of motion in that direction without needing those clunky post-op hinge lock braces. It is super uncomfortable at first, but is fine now after a couple hours of breaking it in. Kind of a pain to get on and off, which might be a problem if your injury is more serious.

Give it a few wearings to get accustomed
Was tight at first; especially on forearm. Has loosened up a bit and is much easier to slip on, but still is firm and supportive. I overextended my elbow and thats why I got this. It's helped a lot. I have the confidence now that I have enough support to really swing on the backswing without reinjury. My elbow has continued to heal even though I'm weekly playing pickleball about three times per week.
