I did some research and now I don't buy a cheap Coco from the grocery store any longer. I really like this cocoa. It's a quality product with clean ingredients and it's much better for you. It's not processed like the inexpensive ones when it comes to chocolate like coffee and wine always choose quality over quantity. It's so much more satisfying.

I recently learned about the benefits of raw cacao. Aside from it being organic and research supporting it's high antioxidant content, and a host of cognitive benefits...it tastes great! Below is my go-to protein shake for taste and macro benefits: 2 scoops of beef isolate protein (chocolate) 1 scoop collagen 1 tablespoon of NOW raw cacao 1/2 banana 1/2 cup of PB Fit peanut butter powder 1/2 ground flax 1/2 cup greek yogurt 2 cups whole/raw milk Everyone has their own variation, but this tastes great provides some great benefits. The powder is very fine, super fresh and mixes in very easily.
