I need 8 ohm tweeters to replace my existing 8 ohm tweeters. Is this 4 or 8 ohm? It says 4-8 ohm, which doesn't make sense.

There is no definite 8 or 4 ohm reading on any speaker or tweeter, with conventional test equipment. If your meter reads 6 ohms or higher its in the realm of an 8 ohm tolerance. To answer your question the ones I got read 6.8 ohms, they are very sharp, and I would advise you to use with an eq or a adjustable pot wire wound type to keep it from drowning out your woofer
