The combination of Pepper,Wynton Kelly and the superb rhythm section (ex-Miles) couldn't but result in bop influenced music of the highest quality, music which satisfies the afficianados, but is also so accessible to 'fringe' jazz lovers.

an album of cool tunes ..the line-up is great and I am a fan of the seriously underrated Wynton Kelly but it isn't as memorable as the first album of this session (Art Pepper Meets the Rhythm Section) but definitely worth buying

Un filo inferiore al precedente con le ritmiche Davisiane ma sempre un ottimo disco. Be bop, ballad, insomma il solito Pepper. Si può inoltre ascoltare anche al tenore
