- Organic Moringa Oil for Hair & Skin - Cold Pressed, Pure Face Oil for Glow, Hydration & Frizz Control - 4oz

We have been using Moringa Powder for it’s many benefits for quite a while, but were interested in getting the different benefits that the Oil provides. Moringa Oil has a lot of uses for supporting health. We have also been using Madre Nature’s Black Seed Oil for about 8 months with amazing results, so when we saw that Madre also had an organic cold-pressed Moringa Oil we wanted to try this one too. We like that this Moringa Oil is food-grade, organic, and cold-pressed (like their Black Seed Oil), because we wanted to not only use it externally, but internally too. Although the external benefits alone are enough to warrant using Moringa Oil (overall skin health, dry skin, scar reduction, wound healing, burns, sunburn, scraps, bruises, bites, stings, rashes, cracked heels, hair conditioner, moisture retention, anti-aging, acne, eczema, psoriasis, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, antioxidant protection, anti-inflammatory, helping cellular regeneration, anti-aging, edema, arthritis/joint pain & swelling), we also wanted to be able to use the same product for the internal benefits. So this one fit the bill. Typically we avoid using oils in plastic containers since oils cause plastics to expand, and then leach dioxins and endocrine-disrupting chemicals into the oil. Some plastics expand and leach worse than others. These chemicals are carcinogenic, damaging to the immune system, and really mess up your hormones, so we were glad to see this oil packaged properly in a dark glass bottle (and with an eye dropper for convenience). Unlike most vegetable oils, because of the high antioxidant levels in Moringa Oil, it’s very self-stable, so it doesn’t go rancid easily. Moringa Oil is even used to keep other foods better preserved. You can cook with Moringa, or use it as an oil in salad dressing; but we don’t use it that way since it would be too expensive. We instead prefer to use it as a supplement and for topical use. This Moringa Oil has a nice nutty flavor. SInce a few of the oil’s properties include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal - we consider that taking it even for no specific health issue is actually a smart idea for preventative health. That’s a lot of broad spectrum bases that are being covered there in one oil. We also like using the oil as a carrier oil for essentials oils. Controlling the inflammatory response is one of the most important benefits to us for overall health, since inflammation is known to be the precursor of most all disease. As people get older, over-inflaming becomes more of a problem, and that’s one of the big reasons why people start getting more health problems with age. Inflammatory conditions include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, among many other conditions. Not saying that an oil will cure any of these conditions; but by using phyto-nutrients which help control the inflammatory response, we are helping our bodies cope with aging, stress, and the wear & tear of daily living. It just makes sense. When you add the antioxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties to the anti-inflammatory benefits, it’s well into the superfood category. (Moringa Oil is not recommended for women who are pregnant, nor for women trying to get pregnant.) When we researched a little online we found some of the other things that people use Moringa Oil internally for include stomach ulcers, constipation, diarrhea, deworming, improved bowel movements, anti-microbial, gum health, asthma, cough, blood sugar, calming, liver protective, vascular protective, eye health, heart health, urinary tract infections, fluid retention, edema, boosting immunity, kidney stones, detoxing, and even water purification. We weren’t too surprized to find so many uses, especially since the 4 basic known properties of the oil mentioned above would make some of these other benefits expected anyway. By us combining all the benefits of Moringa Oil along with Black Seed Oil, that’s a lot of healthy support. We’re glad we found these organic oils!

Love the product and helps my skin especially my Face feels smoother and lessen wrinkles

I love my moringa oil, I use it on my skin daily. As much as I love my coconut oil I have to admit that I like this a bit better for my face. It's winter and I get very dry skin but this has worked wonders. I've also noticed that not only are my wrinkles softer and my skin tone is better but so is my complexion. I usually get a few breakouts especially during that time of the month but since I've been using the oil IF I do get one it heals quickly. I am definitely a Huge fan of having good skin! I'm 40 yrs old and have dealt with acne my whole life unit now, I really wish I learned about this when I was a teen! All I need is a wash cloth, warm water and then my oil...no expensive face products for me!! If you saw the review from the person who got their oil and it was waxy...no worries it happens when it gets cold. Put a few drops in your hand and it turns to liquid almost instantly. If it's too cold and thick put the bottle in some warm water or something. This can also help with pain relief when used as a massage oil and it is also slick and smooth so works great and you don't need alot. I even prefer it over my hemp oil now.

Good quality oil for my needs with a slightly odd & pungent odor.

I HAVE BEEN HEARING ABOUT THIS OIL..... I USED ON MY LEGS AND ARMS BEFORE BED JUST 1 TIME.... WOKE UP AND I HAVE ZERO FLAKING!! SKIN LOOKS HYDRATED AND SHIMMERY.... WOOOOOWWWW!!! LETS SEE WHAT THE 2ND DAY DOES....HAHA!!:):) I BOUGHT 2 BOTTLES TO GET 8 OZ AS I KNEW I WOULD USE ON MY SKIN AND HAIR....SOOOOOOO HAPPY I DID!! TRY IT..... IT WILL SURPRISE YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DRY FLAKEY SKIN (IM A SUNTAN BABY SOOOOO WINTER I FLAKE)

I've been using this oil for a long time and it's a very good facial oil.

This is an easy to use oil, and does not smell bad. I am unable to tell what benefits that it is producing yet, because I have not had it long enough. My skin is in terrible condition, and am hoping that this oil will help to clear up some of the issues.
