Life is easier with more batteries!
The batteries come well packaged and the company is easy to work with regarding any issues. Having more batteries makes living with an oxygen concentrator much more convenient. We purchased them to travel and did not know how much it would impact normal life to have more batteries available!

Misleading description.
It's just a battery. The picture shows the machine and 2 batteries. Plus that it's only a battery is listed last. Should be listed first and more clear. First picture should be just the battery. It's very confusing for those who can't read, can't see well and or are neuro divergent.

Exactly the Same as the Stock Battery that Came with the Concentrator
When we bought a portable oxygen concentrator for my wife in order to be able to travel by air, we got two batteries with the unit. While this satisfied the minimum requirement for the flight we were taking, we decided that having a third battery would reduce stress as we wouldn't have to constantly be hunting for places to plug in and recharge. This battery is exactly the same in functionality as the original ones we got with the concentrator, and it is indistinguishable from them (except by the serial number). We've used it on a couple of trips, now, and it's still working perfectly. When we need to replace our batteries we know where to get them from.

Works well
We received this 4 days ago and it was in great shape. Works with no problems at all.

Zero stars is more accurate - Batteries do not work and have a no return policy
The battery did not work at all and can't be returned through Amazon! This is an expensive piece of medical equipment that can be a life or death matter for many patients. They are very expensive - returns need to be quick so a working replacement can be obtained. At about $500, patients cannot afford to purchase another one until they get their money back. I would not recommend this seller.

Not what you get!
The add appears like consumer gets the actual oxygen machine!!!!! I NOW have to batteries with NO MACHINE & need a smaller concentrator for a trip coming soon! THIS ADD IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Deceptive practices
This item is not an oxygen concentrator, but only the battery. It is a misleading and deceptive picture of an oxygen concentrator.
