Low quality switch
I have purchased this item couple of days before. And the switch given was not good, it was rusted . After that I replaced the item and got the same quality. Finally I requested for a refund and Amazon approved it.

The controllers are rusty and wires are loose
The arm can’t be connected to the base due to a issue with the package manufacturing as a piece was needed to make the robot
