Made tiramisu just like I did in my cooking class while in Italy!!!

Smooth
The product was great, very soft and smooth! Used in tiramisu. Just would have stayed colder in better packaging.

Cheese was room tempature when received.
I'm throwing away since it sat, somewhere Sunday in a box the the ice bags had melted. Shipper should ship either on a Monday or send second day air. I'm not going to risk using it for my family. Throwing away.

Sour like spoiled milk grossssssss
