Torch Stick Multi Purpose Refillable Butane Lighter (3-Pack)

This has been a great product straight out of the box. It feels like a good tool, nothing feels loose, and it lights consistently. I also would like to thank the wonderful lady at Amazon customer support who helped me. I initially contacted her over a glass coffee pot carafe, that broke three days after unboxing it. All I needed was the glass carafe, I got a new coffee pot in 30 hours. She then asked if I had any other issues. I told her that the torches were posted as delivered, but I actually never recieved them. She reordered them and I'm glad she did. She was sooooo polite and helpful.

As a cigar smoker always on the move, I tend to end up with 3 lighters, and 4 pair of readng glasses all in one place and never where I need them to be. I thought..."Hey get something so big that you have to leave it and not put it in your pocket". I tried the culinary torches that quit after a month....but ....This is the one. Its a hot single torch flame that feels great in your hand, fits in a go bag and lays on the desk or table, and there are 3 of them to put in every landing area (office, shop, truck). The quality and capacity seem to be great.

They're only half full of butane on arrival, but probably they can't legally ship them full. I had one of these before, they've changed the design a little - with these blue ones, you can see the fluid level, which is quite handy. The previous one was most one of the most reliable lighters I've ever had; lasted for many months & refills. I don't know how long this blue one will last but I expect the same level of reliability. One thing about these types of lighters that I learned the hard way over the years, it's best not to use high quality 5x-filtered butane like Colibri and so forth. They're cheaply made lighters and they don't like the fancy stuff; they choke on it & won't light. Cheap Zippo butane works much better for multiple refilling.

Liked for its dependability. Dislike the minor issues following the refilling. For example it wont atrike in its own or wont stay continueous only sperks. And a recent problem i ran into was the rubber gasket closing off the refill entrance wont return and seal so it just leaks out all tha gas. . .

These little things are awesome, especially for the price. Have that good windproof torch style flame. Flame gets very hot and very big too. I normally keep it on mid/low setting and seems to be more than plenty. Great for sticking down into candles to light them without burning your fingers or dripping wax everywhere. Haven't had to refill any yet but looks like you can just shove a butane refill can on the bottom like regular lighters.

These things are great for lighting candles and campfires. The only drawback is trying to light a container candle when it is lower in the container, the lighter burns so hot that it uses all the available oxygen and goes out before the wick is lit...not the fault of the lighter I know, but still a pain

Dangerous! After pushing and releasing the igniter switch the flame still lingers occasionally - especially at the higher settings! Although the lighter is very effective it requires diligent attention when you put it down. Otherwise, if you put it down near anything flammable and you mistakenly assume that it's really off just because you released the switch, you could very well burn your house down. So if you buy these lighters, definitely check your smoke detectors and your fire extinguisher to make sure that all are fully operable.

If you're looking for a mini torch, then here it is. Quick fire starter. Burns hot and clean. Use this as a primary ignitor for campfires or a rubbish pile. Great value for three. Mine came partially filled. Easy to fill and one click and you have fire.
