Item came broken

I’m unable to return however my item arrive busted in inside the box.

El embalaje es un desastre Los baldes llegaron rotos,abiertos y se perdió la mitad de cada contenido Una lastima porque la Nutella es un producto excelente Tendrían que solucionar el tema del embalaje

2 veces me llegó el producto con el mismo problema, el empaque extremo en perfectas condiciones, pero en la parte interna el producto se abrió y se boto todo el producto, no recomiendo a nadie lo compre por esta via

النوتيلا غنية عن التعريف ولكن السعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبة للحجم توقعت يكون السطل أكبر من هذا الحجم بالإضافة إلى انها وصلت لي وقد انسكب جزء غير بسيط منها رغم أن التعليقات بينت ذلك للتاحر في أكثر من تعليق ولكن التاحر لم يأخذ هذه التعليقات بعين الاعتبار لم يكن التغليف محكم بما يكفي المفروض ان يتم وضع لصق داير مادار على غطاء السطل حتى لا تنسكب النوتيلا
