Sarson's Gravy Browning 150ml

Browning Sauce is something I've grown up using, watching my mum adding it to her brown Stew Chicken 🍗 any food that looked too anaemic in colour including cakes. Over the years I've used many brands, but I've found with this one, a little goes a long way, too much can make food taste bitter I'm told, personally never had that experience you can also use brown sugar, many Caribbean do, but! this saves time giving me the results I want. I've used this brand for years I won't lie it's cheaper if you go to the supermarket but I was feeling unwell didn't feel like leaving home, not every shop sells this brand, it was only a little more than usual with home delivery. I would definitely buy it again

Does the job

I use this to give colour to stews etc, and his thicken with flour.

Difficult to obtain in many shops. I am used to using it for all roasts and anything requiring nice dark gravy browning.

Cooking

I bought this product because I couldn't find it in the shops. Fit for purpose but very expensive. I have since discovered that Tesco sell it in their stores for only 80p a bottle or thereabouts...

Bonne sauce, je l'utilise depuis maintenant 3 ans. Elle bruni convenablement la viande. J'en ai commandé une deuxième bouteille.
