Scholastic Flash Cards: Sight Words

Awesome, affordable, and helping my kid learn to read. Extremely happy with this purchase. There are a few trickier words, but they provide a good opportunity to talk about how funny words and language can be, and teach them extra words that are spelled similarly. I use each word in a sentence after they say it, too, to give better context. Very effective!

For the price, you honestly cannot beat this quality. My kids & I love these. So bright and easy to read, there are simple words and more difficult words so they can grow with your child. They are so durable and thick. I love the scholastic flash cards.

I purchased these Scholastic sight word flash cards for homeschooling, and overall they’ve been very helpful. The cards themselves are good quality with sturdy, thick paper that holds up well during daily practice. The words are clear and easy to read, making them great for reinforcing early reading skills. I also like that this is a trusted brand commonly used in public schools, which gives me confidence in the content. However, I was a little disappointed with the condition they arrived in. Several of the cards were bent, almost as if they had already been used, and the box was torn and slightly damaged. That said, the cards are still very functional and useful for learning, and I would recommend them for homeschooling despite the packaging issues

These have been great for my 6 year that is struggling with reading. There are words on front and back, large print and not busy with a bunch of pictures to be distracting. Large, clear print with a bold color behind.
