This is how I received the effervescent pills. I'm so disappointed! I had heard such good things about this product so I bought 2 of them and the packaging is horrible. These are effervescent pills! How can you not seal them!? And this product is non-refundable, non-returnable.. The least the seller can do is provide replacement for their mistake! I don't recommend buying this product from this particular seller.

Good taste and can see little improvement in har but not in nails . But cant say its alone due to this product. It cn b giving good results along with good diet. Sucralose component creates bloating.
