Great product for adding moisture to dry ears, soothing itchy ears, and actually keeping your ears clean. I have received all of these benefits from this ayurvedic product, and I highly recommend it. I use it morning and night, applying it in my ears with a cotton swab rather than the dropper that comes with the bottle. It's very helpful.

Hard to say if it really helped with tinnitus.

... I think it's hard to review items like this. Did it cure my tinnitus or make it better? Nope, no such luck. Does it help with cleaning my inner ear? Yep, it does do that. It does a decent job of softening ear wax somewhat, making it easier to remove. I don't really have any significant improvements to report, but I do use it about once a month for "maintenance" on my ears.

I often put oil in my ears to loosen up the wax and to stop itchiness from dry skin inside the ear. Normally I use olive oil. This is a nice product that is made in the USA with all the correct labeling and has a good glass eyedropper to put drops in the ear. The oil has a very faint smell of lavender but nothing really noticeable. I think the advertisement exaggerates the benefits, but I know it works fine for ear wax and dryness. I use the dropper, I don't use Q-Tips in the ear causes the very problems oil can help with, such as impaction of wax, hurting the ear skin causing pain/itch. It's expensive as its mainly just sesame oil that does the work.
