Great book for Coaching consultants.very well written, with practical insights

Was expecting more from a book that got such fantastic reviews, but apart from the first half, the book really wasn't much of a revelation. I think Coaching for Performance (Sir John Whitmore) is way more powerful.

They charge like (original) but deliver such bad quality book in terms of print and page quality! Shame on seller!

Bad quality paper and printing. Ordered for replacement and got the same bad quality book as replacement as well. Really pathetic.

An outstanding read for anyone in coaching. I use this book as a reference for self reflection and development of my craft. Excellently written, with lots of relatable examples and a wide range of very practical tools and ideas to work with.
