Acme Tools Shop Scaffold Leveling Jack With Welded Base Plate

Works great at minimal cost. Saw this on YOUTUBE. Must use a good grinder without rushing to cut off bearing plate

This will work great for what I order it for.... a screw mechanism to adjust the jaws of a mostly all wood 8" bench vice! BUT... should I have a scaffold to level, I'm positive this creature would work like a champ!!! As with most all items order through Amazon these folk were at the head of the class... great product, great shipping, and fantastic price!!!

I slipped these into the legs of my 4' long roller table as 'levelers'. I use the table as an infeed or outfeed table on my drill press, drum sander, tablesaw, bandsaw, router table ... all of which have different heights.I'm happy, especially when there's an 800-lb log on it!

Very robust and solid, smooth turning leveling arm. There are thread stops at a certain height to prevent you from winding the leveling arm too high for safety reasons. I intend to screw or nail the legs to a larger square piece of ply wood, to act as a base for mud etc. This is awesome.

This is the least expensive acme thread screw I could find to build a woodworking vise, and it looks like it will work perfectly..

I am going to use it as the screw for a leg vise. I have cut the plate off, and cut down the flanges of the nut. It's a work in progress.

No problems and easy to use. There's really not much to it...nothing to go wrong. I have had 25ft of staging set up on these jacks several times and they did the job. easy to level.

These Leveling Jacks saved my house painting project. The ground around my house is sloped away to facilitate water runoff. As a result my scaffolding was unsafe to use; however, I added two of these Jack Screws and easily leveled the platform. Highly recommend!!!!
