Due to an autoimmune disease, this product was recommended to me. I read the studies on it and they were impressive. As it is a maintenance supplement, and because I take other things, it's hard to say exactly what it has done for me. But, no adverse effects, and I will continue taking it.

This helped me clear my lungs. Made it easier to breath. I was feeling pretty good, stopped using it and felt like I needed my lungs cleared. So I started using it again and it helped clear my lungs.

They kept changing the time arrival. Thet sent usps which was fine, but the box was smashed some. The product was fine but it took awhile to get here.
