11/18/2025 - With much hesitation I purchased this grounding sheet to see if the mixed reviews of claims of it works or it doesn't actually does anything. At first, I pulled out my multimeter and was getting an open reading on the grounding cable, so I tested the sheet and the lines you do see are conductive, granted one end of the sheet to the grounding point gives mid 40ohms, that should still be sufficient for conductivity. I later realized that the grounding plug has a resister in it, so I set my meter to make sure it would show a wider range for conductivity and it showed me there must be a 10k ohm resister in the wire somewhere. So giving it a shot, wife's got lots of back issues and thyroid issues as well, plus horrible sleeper too. I'm giving this a 4 as the continuity tester, did nothing. Not even on a bare piece of metal would it do anything. Checked it with the multimeter and it acts as if a capacitor is charging as it goes from a low ohms reading up to about 190k, but still does nothing aka seems dead to me.

I wanted to wait to see a difference in arthritis pain but I'm excited to share that after 2 weeks, my husband and I are sleeping better. I stopped using Melatonin to sleep all night as I can now do without it! I will update and report on any improvements in back or neck pain. I have read that when you sleep with skin touching sheets (naked) it increases effectiveness, while my bare hands and feet touch the sheets, I have to wear a nightie.
