First time using them. They are great and easy to use.

This is a scam! They don’t work. My ear was blocked. I burned three in a row — it didn’t help. Then I tried burning one while just holding it in my hand — after unrolling it, there was exactly the same mass inside. And the amount was the same. Whether you put it in your ear or burn it in your hand, the “wax” mass and quantity remain the same in the candle. Scam!

Don't do on your own, very effective and relaxing.
