Needed this to make King's Arthur's Loaded Baked Potato Rolls. You can never go wrong with Bob's Red Mill products.

Got this for a bread recipe and chiffon cake. Love this brand. You can also use this in your dredge for frying but I haven’t tried it yet

Product is fine. Smooth, no grit/lumps. The packaging could be better since my bag leaked on arrival.
