Helicore

Light tension のレビューです。Heavy, medium と使ってきて、どうしても Prelude にも感じられる陽気な張りのある音が気になり、レビューがなかった Light も購入してみました。すると私の楽器 (鈴木聡作の鈴木ヴァイオリン) からこれまで聴いたことがない深い音がでてきました。ただし e線は輝きが少し足りない気がしましたので、ゴールドブラカットの 0.25 にしています。

タイトル通り、普段はヴィオラ弾きなので、ヴァイオリンにはそんなにお金をかけたくありません笑。 この弦だったら安いし、ある程度は音質もいいので切れるまで使ってみようと思ってますが、なかなか切れません。 また切れたら、これにします。アジャスターなしでもチューニングしやすいです。Ｅ弦は必要ですが。 ちなみに私のヴィオラにはヘリコアの弦は、合わなかったので、残念です。

スチールと言うだけで敬遠するのは早計です。 同価格帯のナイロン弦よりは優れていると思います。 寿命は長いし、弦が安定するのも早いです（3日ぐらい）。 一度、弦が安定すると、何日も調弦しなくても大丈夫です。 倍音が多く音色もきれいで雑音は感じないです。 一番すぐれているのは、弓に対する反応が速いことです。 軽いボーイングですっと鳴ってくれます。このため、ピアノや速いパッセージが弾きやすいです。 押さえやすさも問題ないです。ナイロン弦と同じぐらいの軟らかさに感じます。 クラシックを演奏される方にお勧めしたいですね。

音量は出ますが、少し音が硬い気はします。 初心者にはいい、無難な商品かもしれません。チュューニングもすぐに安定しました

スチール弦だということを忘れるくらいしなやか。柔らかくて押さえやすいし音も暖かみがあります。楽器のせいなのかほんの少しだけ金属的な音が混じってる気がします。 だけど全然許容範囲内。

合う楽器とそうでないものがあるようです。張った当初は素晴らしいと思っていましたが、だんだん劣化してきて、音が出しにくくなった気がします。4本中2本が2ヶ月以内に切れてしまいました。購入にあたって、賭けてみるのもいいかもしれませんが、心配な方は別のものを検討したほうがいいです。

張る前、袋から取り出した時に柔らかさを実感。 弾いた感じもとても柔らかです。 気に入りました。

私の楽器には合わなかったかな。 ちょっとキンキンします。 でも、押さえやすく、丈夫で良いとは思います。

Bought them as replacement for old Dominant. I am amazed by how different my violin sounds now. I bought these because they were recommended for amplified instruments and I wanted to experiment with my acoustic violin with pickup in the bridge. I must say that they sound great without amplification too. Much quicker response time, a lot of clarity and volume. They are not very warm but I like a sharper sound for playing jazz. I think I will stick to D'Addario in the future!

I am not a professional musician, so my evaluation is for an amateur player like myself. This is the second batch of strings that I have purchased and I'm still impressed by the quality. I mostly play jigs, reels, hornpipes and bluegrass-I mix in some jazz music as well as some classical pieces. The strings have a good thickness that allow me to transition to double stops with relative ease and they break in quickly. I check the tuning every time I play, and I rarely have to adjust. They have a good tonal value, although I found the G string a little raspy on my new set when compared to my previous string. The difference is subtle, and I'm thinking it is more likely due to my bow, which definitely needs to be replaced. My music is eclectic, my violin and bow is not high end, and these strings bring out the best sound for what I have, so I am more than pleased. I'll buy them again when this set wears out.
