are these shipped with flint and wick already fitted in the lighter?

Yes the Flint and wick is already fitted. You can buy additional later if needed. Also the fluid is not included and have to be bought seperately

Does the zippo come with fule in it?

No, I learned it the hard way. It was supposed to be a gift but it didn't light up when he tried. Would have been better if the product description mentioned this.
