Threads looked good, seems like a pretty normal pressure relief valve
Just a good commodity part you'd find on any residential water heater, it's brass, the threads look clean, the pressure relief valve actuates fine (although I don't have a tank I'm willing to explode to test it, or the right kind of environment for that, I'm sure it's fine)
