We switched to these from Depends based on reviews on Amazon and we have never looked back. We have never had a leak or a blowout, and both have been well tested. There are no skin problems and they have no markings that attract attention (my mother has dementia, and one product we tried had orange markings on the interior that she fussed with). We have tried various other brands, but have always found these superior - they are a premium price but they are equally a premium product so overall a good value and we have been devoted customers for a couple of years now.

4 stars instead of 5, due to price only. After using Depends for nearly 10 years, I decided to try other products to see if leakage could be stopped better. I was amazed at the number of products that are superior to Depends in leakage control, absorbency and comfort. It is clear that Depends market dominance is due purely to the advertising money available from Kimberly-Clark. Additionally, my final choice was actually cheaper than Depends not only in price per diaper, but also because I could use half the number of diapers than with Depends. Do the trial yourself. Buy a small quantity of the following brands, on Amazon (they all have high ratings): - TENA for Women Heavy Super Plus Absorbency Protection Underwear (buy one size up from what you normally do with Depends - they run small) - MoliCare Mobile Underwear (these are the most expensive, but their bulk package brings the price way down) - Tranquility Premium OverNight Pull-On Diapers (a little bulky, but they are designed for "overnight" as the package states) My favorites were the Tena (my final choice) and the Molicare. I feel badly about abandoning Depends after so many years, but the difference is remarkable. I guess that Kimberly-Clark just decided to milk the Depend product and not invest in the apparent advances in the diaper industry.
