Q: How do you know when it's fully charged? I've had Knog lights before, and like them, but boy, do they s*ck at providing instructions!!

A small led lights up red while it is charging and goes off when it is fully charged.

Q: Front light runs out of charge significantly quicker than rear. Does anyone have the same problem?

We have two sets and have had no problem. I would contact the manufacturer.

Q: My bike got stolen can I just buy the clips?

Yes you can purchase a mount with a set of rubber mounting rings! Search the Internet for "Knog Plus Mount With Strap Set" and you should find that several vendors sell them. Just now I saw that Bike Inn sells them for $2.99. I purchased some last month.

Q: How strong is the magnet? Could the light just fall off while riding over rough tarmac or bunny hopping a pothole?

I have had the head light for quite a while now. It has never come out of its mount even on rough tarmac. I ride a road bike, so I don't hop potholes!!!
