Great taste and consistency. Maille is the Mustard made for Royalty… NOT just a “slap it on” condiment (although I have been known to put it on my hotdogs…) If you’ve ever seen the mustard fields in France you will understand how important a GREAT mustard affects what you are eating!

Very high quality. I like the spiciness and flavor better that Grey P, but sometimes it's inconsistent.

It is a well known mustard in Europe and it tastes good. No weird ingredients. It's just your good regular and genuine french mustard !

one jar was completely broken out of the 5 total i ordered. it was bubble wrapped like the others, and the box was not damaged at all. somehow jar was broken before it got packed i would assume.

Over the years I've bought Maille Dijon mustard many times. The taste is unique and in my opinion the best Dijon mustard available. A small bit added to sauces really livens up the flavors. There's no better mustard for deli sandwiches. A small amount added to the mayo in deviled eggs...fantastic. If you haven't tried Maille brand mustards you need to give this a try. The taste and goodness will surprise you. My only advice is to buy a large size container, because you'll go through this in a hurry.
