Lemon Juice
Lemon juice. Lemons are high in vitamin C, fiber, and various beneficial plant compounds. These nutrients are responsible for several health benefits, such as wound healing and tissue development and repair. In fact, research shows that lemons may also support heart health, weight control, and digestive health. This lemon juice was not used for any of these purposes though. This is an excellent mixer for an old fashioned with whisky. Very flavourful and very zesty. Not a light lemon.
